Welcome to Saju Today. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our website at saju.today (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and SAJU LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("we," "us," or "our").

1. About the Service

Saju Today provides personalized Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) readings based on traditional East Asian philosophical interpretation. Readings are generated using automated systems, including artificial intelligence.

1.1 Entertainment Purpose Only

All readings, analyses, and content provided through the Service are for entertainment purposes only. Our Service:

  • Does not constitute financial, investment, medical, psychological, legal, or any other form of professional advice;
  • Does not claim scientific validity, accuracy, or predictive power;
  • Does not guarantee any specific outcome or result;
  • Is based on traditional philosophical interpretation, not empirical evidence.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not rely on any reading or content from the Service as a substitute for professional advice. For important life decisions, always consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

1.2 No Professional Advice

Without limiting Section 1.1:

  • Financial content within readings (e.g., wealth tendencies) is not investment advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
  • Health-related content within readings (e.g., wellness tendencies) is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns.
  • Relationship content within readings is not psychological or legal counseling. Consult a qualified professional for relationship or legal matters.
  • Career content within readings is not career counseling or employment advice.

1.3 Automated Generation

Readings are generated by automated systems using artificial intelligence. Content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected output. We do not review each reading before delivery.

1.4 Third-Party Data Sources

To resolve a birth location into geographic coordinates and a time zone, the Service uses geocoding data from OpenStreetMap. Location data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly permit persons under 18 to purchase readings.

2.2 Child Compass Readings

The Child Compass reading analyzes the birth details of a child alongside those of a parent. This reading may be purchased only by a parent or legal guardian of that child.

Before submitting, you must confirm that:

  1. You are 18 years of age or older; and
  2. You are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose birth details you are providing, and you consent to those details being processed to generate the reading.

You may not purchase a Child Compass reading regarding a child of whom you are not the parent or legal guardian.

2.3 Third-Party Birth Details

Our compatibility readings (Friend Synergy, Family Bond, Love Harmony, Child Compass) require the birth details of a second person.

By submitting another person's birth details, you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide that information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining any consent required under applicable law before submitting their details;
  • Handling the resulting reading responsibly;
  • Any claim brought by that person arising from your submission.

We are not responsible for verifying whether you have obtained such consent.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions

The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction.

3. Purchases

3.1 One-Time Purchases

Each reading is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.

  • Price: Each reading is USD $2.99, as displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
  • Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
  • Taxes: Prices are displayed in USD. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction that are not collected at checkout.

3.2 No Account Required

The Service does not require registration or an account. Your reading is delivered through a unique link and by email to the address you provide at purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address. If you provide an incorrect address, we may be unable to deliver your reading, and this does not entitle you to a refund.

3.3 Reading Availability — 12 Months

Each reading remains accessible through its unique link for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After that period, the reading and its associated data are permanently deleted and the link will no longer function.

Please save or download your reading if you wish to keep it beyond 12 months. We are not able to recover a reading after it has been deleted.

3.4 Reading Links Are Not Private by Default

Because no account is required, your reading is accessible to anyone who has the link. Do not share your reading link with anyone you do not intend to give access to. We are not responsible for access obtained by a person to whom you disclosed the link.

4. Refunds

Each reading is digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase.

4.1 Guaranteed Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

  • Generation failure. If your reading fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate it at no cost or, at your election, issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate charge. If you are charged more than once for the same reading, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Non-delivery. If you do not receive your reading within 24 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

4.2 Discretionary Refunds

Beyond the cases above, we will consider refund requests made within 14 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. We may decline a request where we reasonably believe it is made in bad faith or where the Service has been used repeatedly.

Please note that dissatisfaction with the content of a reading is not, by itself, a guarantee of a refund, as readings are provided for entertainment purposes and involve subjective interpretation.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

Contact us at hello@saju.today with the email address used at purchase and, where possible, your reading link. We will respond within 14 days.

4.4 EU/EEA and UK Users — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@saju.today. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

This right applies in addition to the refund rights described in Sections 4.1 and 4.2.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, illustrations, user interface, reading generation logic, prompts, and branding — is owned by or licensed to SAJU LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Reading

The reading generated for you is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save, print, and share your own reading for personal purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content;
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, logic, or models used by the Service;
  • Use content from the Service to train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model;
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or extract content from the Service;
  • Attempt to access readings belonging to other users, including by guessing or enumerating reading links;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • Provide false or misleading information, including another person's birth details without authorization;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation;
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others;
  • Redistribute readings in a manner that could be mistaken for professional advice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE;
  • READINGS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR MEANINGFUL;
  • ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Saju readings are interpretations based on tradition, not statements of fact. No reading should be understood as a guarantee, promise, or prediction of any future event.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAJU LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAJU LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;
  • Your submission of another person's birth details without their authorization;
  • Any reliance you place on any reading or content provided through the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@saju.today and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days of your notice, either party may proceed to formal resolution.

Small claims. Either party may bring a dispute in small-claims court if it qualifies for small-claims jurisdiction.

Injunctive relief. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized access to the Service.

10.3 Mandatory Local Consumer Protections

Nothing in this Section overrides mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. In particular:

  • EU/EEA/UK users: You retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and are protected by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law.
  • Australian users: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
  • Canadian users: You retain all rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:

  • We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date;
  • We will provide notice on the Service;
  • Where required by law, we will obtain your renewed consent.

Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

If we discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice and to allow you to download any readings purchased within the preceding 12 months before access ends.

Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

13.2 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

13.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

13.5 Language. These Terms are provided in English. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version prevails in case of any inconsistency.
